Policies Artwork
There is NO CHARGE for artwork set up. We will work with you on
custom artwork layouts or you may alter one of our design ideas on the
Artwork Page. No Art will be printed without either written approval or
email confirmation.
Please note excessive altering to artwork or for
largely complex customized designs, artwork charges may apply at Buck-I-Graphics discretion. No charges will be applied with out notice.
Explicit Content Prohibited
Due to the respectful nature and vast array of clientele, Buck-I-Graphics will not print anything that may be offensive to others.
Content may be defined as such and Buck-I-Graphics has the right to deny
anyone service on such grounds without explanation.
Minimum Orders
Because of our commitment to serve everybody’s needs there is NO MINIMUM
on any order, regardless if it is 1 or 1,000+ we our dedicated to
fulfilling your needs. Please contact any associate for pricing
information. Please note that prices do vary in accordance with order
quantity.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. As stated in our return
policy we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the
merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective due to the
nature of custom printed apparel, although we will like to offer 15% off
your next purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept
returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted,
materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing
can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions
about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please
contact us. We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect
sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the
garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any
way, please contact us within 5 business days from receipt of
merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or
credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

QUOTATION
A quotation not accepted within 30 days is subject for review.
All quotes are subject to change.

ORDER CANCELLATION
In the case of an order cancellation, if Buck-I-Graphics has
already commenced working on the order, Buck-I-Graphics shall be
entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred,
including penalties or restocking charges that our suppliers may
charge. This reimbursement shall be taken from the advanced deposit
and the balance refunded to the customer.

EXPERIMENTAL WORK
Experimental work performed at customer’s request, such as
sketches, drawings, composition screens, press work, and materials,
will be charged for at current rates and may not be used without
consent from Buck-I-Graphics.

PREPARATORY WORK
Sketches, copy, dummies and all preparatory work created or
furnished by Buck-I-Graphics, shall remain Buck-I-Graphics exclusive
property and no use of the same shall be made, nor any ideas
obtained there from be used, except upon compensation to be
determined by Buck-I-Graphics.

PREPARATORY MATERIALS
Artwork, type, screens, negatives, positives, color separations
and other items when supplied by Buck-I- Graphics shall remain the
exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ALTERATIONS
Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original
specifications. Such additional work shall be charged at current
rates and be supported with documentation upon request.

PROOFS
Proofs shall be submitted with original copy. Corrections are to
be made on “master set” returned marker “Proof approved, proceed
with order” or “proof not approved (list corrections to be made)”
and signed by customer. If revised proofs are desired, request must
be made when proofs are returned. Buck-I-Graphics regrets any errors
that may occur through production undetected, but cannot be held
responsible for errors if the work is printed per customers approval
or if changes are communicated verbally. Buck-I-Graphics shall not
be responsible for errors if the customer has not ordered or has
refused to accept proofs or has failed to return proofs with
indication of changes or has instructed Buck-I-Graphics to proceed
without submission of proofs.

PRESS PROOFS
Unless specifically provided in Buck-I-Graphics quotation, press
proofs will be charged for at current rates (per quantity of
proofs). An inspection sheet of any form can be submitted for
customer’s approval, at no charge, provided customer is available at
the press during the time of make-ready. Any changes, corrections or
lost press time due to customer’s change of mind or delay will be
charged at current rates.
- COLOR PROOFING
Because of difference in equipment, garments, inks and other
conditions between color proofing and production pressroom
operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and
the completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery.

OVERRUNS OR UNDERRUNS
Overruns or under runs not exceed 10% on quantities ordered
and/or the percentage agreed upon over or under quantities ordered
shall constitute acceptable delivery. Printer will bill for actual
quantity delivered within this tolerance. If customer requires
guarantee “no less than” delivery, percentage tolerance of overage
must be doubled.

CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY
Buck-I-Graphics will maintain fire, extended coverage,
vandalism, malicious mischief and sprinkler leakage insurance on all
property belonging to the customer, while such property is in
Buck-I-Graphics possession; Buck-I-Graphics liability for such
property shall not exceed the amount recoverable from such
insurance.

DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, the price quoted for a single
shipment, without storage, F.O.B. local customer’s place of business
or F.O.B. Buck-I-Graphics platform for out-of-town customers.
Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of
complete order, unless specifications distinctly state otherwise.
Charges related to delivery from customer to Buck-I-Graphics, or
from customer’s supplier to Buck-I-Graphics, are not included in any
quotation unless specified. Special priority pickup or delivery
service will be provided at current rates upon customer’s request.
Materials delivered from customer or their suppliers are verified
with delivery ticket as to cartons, packages, or items shown only.
The accuracy of quantities indicated on such tickets cannot be
verified and Buck-I-Graphics cannot accept liability for shortage
based on supplier’s tickets. Title for finished work shall pass to
the customer upon delivery to carrier at shipping point or upon
mailing of invoices for finished work, whichever occurs first.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULES
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by
customer and Buck-I-Graphics, provided that neither shall incur any
liability or penalty or delays due to state of war, riot, civil
disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of Government or civil
authority and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of
customer or Buck-I-Graphics.

CUSTOMER FURNISHED MATERIAL
Garments, stock, camera copy, film, color separations and other
customer furnished materials shall be manufactured, packaged and
delivered to Buck-I-Graphics specifications. Additional cost due to
delays or impaired production caused by specific deficiencies shall
be charged to the customer.

TERMS
An advanced deposit of 50% of the total order price is required
on all customer orders. Buck-I-Graphics will not commence work until
this amount has been paid. Unless otherwise arranged, buyer shall
pay the balance due on the order at the time of delivery.

GENERAL WARRANTY
Buck-I-Graphics shall disclaim any and all express or implied
warranties of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose. Although Buck-I-Graphics uses quality materials,
due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents,
Buck-I-Graphics does not guarantee against fading or shrinkage of
garments during laundry.
- DYE LOT
Due to the
practice of batch processing knitted goods when they are dyed,
Buck-I-Graphics cannot guarantee consistency of color on garments
from dye lot to dye lot

from one order to the next.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Buck-I-Graphics reserves the right to substitute materials of
equal or better quality with notification, unless advance
notification is previously agreed to in writing.

REJECTS
Buyer shall have the right to purchase reject material at
reduced cost to be determined by Buck-I-Graphics. If buyer declines
to purchase rejects, Buck-I-Graphics has the right to sell them as
seconds or irregulars in any manner we see fit. If buyer provided
the goods to print on he shall be entitled to all rejects. Reject
rates on buyer’s goods shall be within expected industry standards.
Buck-I-Graphics shall not be obligated to purchase rejects from
buyer unless specific reject rate ceiling is agreed to in writing.

PACKAGING
Unless otherwise noted, all items shall be “bulk” packaged.
Individual folding tagging, nagging, etc., shall be charged at
current rate.

INDEMNIFICATION
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Buck-I-Graphics
from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any
and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may
be instituted against Buck-I-Graphics on grounds alleging that
Buck-I-Graphics violates any copyright or any proprietary right of
any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or
scandalous, or invades and person’s right to privacy or other
personal rights except to the extent that Buck-I-Graphics has
contributed to the matter, The customer agrees to, at the customer’s
own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense oaf any such
claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against
Buck-I-Graphics, provided that Buck-I-Graphics shall promptly notify
the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that
Buck-I-Graphics shall give to the customer such reasonable time as
the urgency of the situation may permit in which to undertake and
continue the defense thereof.
